Mission Statement

The mission of Taxi 4 Kids is to provide a safe, licensed transportation service for children at a reasonable price to parents. By achieving our goals, we will become a trusted, viable transportation source to parents and children in Tracy, CA, San Joaquin County.

What is Taxi 4 Kids?
Taxi 4 Kids is a transportation service exclusively created to transport children to and from school, day care, after school activities, recreational programs, etc.  However, unlike a regular taxi service, Taxi 4 Kids will provide transportation exclusively to children. All of our drivers will have a background check through the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for any infractions of the law.  These drivers will possess a Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificate. They also must genuinely care about the welfare of children.

How It Works
Below are four simple steps for parents to follow when registering their children with Taxi 4 Kids.

Step 1: Decide whether Taxi For Kids is for you.
Step 2: Fill out the Taxi For Kids registration, agreement and emergency forms.
Step 3: Go over your child's schedule with us.
Step 4: Prepay the fee.

That's all there is to it!

Our taxi / vans meet federal safety standards for passenger cars. These features include adjustable height shoulder harness for front and second row seats. All seatbelt latch plates incorporate the capability to help secure child car seats. For added safety, anti-lock brakes are standard. All drivers and passengers are required to wear a safety belt regardless of age or weight.  Child safety seats, if needed will be provided.

Our Service Area is defined primarily as the 3.5-mile radius from the corner of E 10th Street & E Street (Center of Tracy as defined by Yahoo! Maps). This is basically Tracy ZIP codes 95304, 95376, 95377, and 95378. See map of service area here.  If the address is inside the yellow circle, it's within the service area.
